The site of a watermill for which there is documentary evidence from the Medieval period to the Imperial period. The site, to the north west of Mill Road, Leamington Spa, is now built over.

Notes about this historic site
1 In 1086 two mills are recorded at Leamington. The mill is recorded again in 1520, 1635 and 1684. Information on ownership exists for the 19th century. The mill probably existed until the early 20th century. Nothing remains on the site of the mill and there have been alterations to the watercourses in recent years.
