Description of this historic site

Gravestone fragments of Post Medieval date were found during archaeological work. Fragments of carved stone from the Medieval period were also found. The finds were made at the cemetery of the church in Tredington.

Notes about this historic site

1 During the observation of the demolition and rebuilding of c.18m of churchyard wall, a series of gravestone fragments of 17th – mid 19th century date and 2 fragments of carved stone, one of which was 14th century decorated window tracery, were found.
