The Kineton History Group was founded in 1987 to encourage an interest in Kineton and District through the study of local history.
Kingsbury History Society was formed in 1983 to research and record the history of Kingsbury and its environs. We have produced several local history books and a DVD and participate in history based exhibitions and special events. We hold regular monthly meetings to which outside speakers are invited and enjoy trips to places of historic interest.
Knowle Local History Society is an independent organisation formed to promote the history of Knowle for the benefit of the residents of Knowle and the wider public. The Society runs a programme of meetings on local topics open to the public free of charge.
The Group was set up in 1965 to foster learning about history with a focus on local subjects. The 100 strong group meets in Lapworth Village Hall from September to April for a programme of talks, and outings to Stately Homes and places of interest take place during the Summer months.

A group of voluntary and statutory bodies promote and fund the erection of blue plaques in the town. There are a number of criteria that a person must satisfy in order to be the recipient of a plaque. It is not just people who receive plaques and there is a category for Historic Interest Plaques.
Leek Wootton History Group was set up at the time of the millennium, when a group of keen residents came together to write a local history book, Leek Wootton and its Hamlets: A History of the Parish of Leek Wootton & Guy's Cliffe (published 2001). Since then it has been involved in a number of projects.
Lighthorne History Society was formed in January 2006. The aims of the society are to promote an interest in and record the pre-history and the history of the village and to make the records available to the general public. We also have a programme of visiting speakers and occasional visits.
Lillington Local History Society aims to foster and promote local history, especially that of Lillington, arranging publications, maintaining contact with the Warwickshire County Record Office and other local history organisations, schools and churches, encouraging the interest of local residents.
The LNWR Society was founded in 1973 to collect and disseminate information about the L&NWR and its successors. To help achieve its objective, the Society, which has charitable status, has been acquiring an ever growing archive based at Kenilworth.
A local history group based in the village of Long Itchington, with monthly meetings throughout the year, except in the summer.
The Group was established as a spin off from the recently formed Museum volunteers (see Marton Museum of Country Bygones) in 2010. It meets on the last Monday of the month at 7.30 in the village hall. There are no membership fees, only £3 on the door with a glass of wine thrown in.
The museum has only been recently opened again after many years with its future under threat. It is now in the care of a group of volunteers from the village under the administration of the museum trustees.
The Modern Records Centre was founded in October 1973 with the principal objectives of locating and preserving primary sources for modern British social, political and economic history. Use of the Centre is open to the general public and is free of charge.
This is a forum for heritage groups in North Warwickshire and meets three times a year at various venues around the area. This is a chance for heritage and history groups to get together and exchange ideas and information. Two members from any organisation are welcome to attend, and minutes are sent out to everyone on the database. Membership is free.

Nuneaton Local History Group celebrates the history of Nuneaton and surrounding parishes from the earliest times. We cover social and economic history. We meet the last Friday of the month for a series of talks and slide shows on old Nuneaton and related topics.

On Saturday 20th June 2015, a small group of our Nuneaton Memories facebook members met at Chilvers Coton Heritage Centre. Each in turn spoke to us and shared their memories about when Nuneaton was bombed, the Queen's Coronation Celebrations, and lots more.
This is a group dedicated to the researching of the history of Polesworth and the areas around. Meetings are monthly in the Tithe Barn, Polesworth, every second Wednesday of the month and alternating between afternoon and evenings.

A small group of people interested in the history of Rugby. The group grew out of a class at the Percival Guildhouse in Rugby, but now meets at various sites in the town. The group has produced several publications including the Aspects of Rugby booklets – all twelve of the series are still in print.
