The site of Spernall watermill for which there is documentary evidence from the Medieval to the Post Medieval period. The mill was located to the north west of Spernall Bridge.

Notes about this historic site
1 In 1086 the Domesday Book records a mill. Further references in the 14th century; by 1659 it was ruinous. No sign of the mill survives, although it is clearly shown on a 1695 map.
