Documentary evidence suggests that this is the possible site of a Medieval chapel associated with a 15th century mansion. The site is at Stoneythorpe, 1km west of Southam.

1 It is possible this site is the location of a chapel associated with a 15th century mansion.
2 The above reference of chapel at Stoneythorpe is more plausible than Usher’s idea that the chapel was located at Whitehall Farm, which is only 1km from the parish church.
