Notes about this historic site
1 The house contains a great deal of exposed timber and there is a central chimney stack with a stone base. Ownership/occupancy noted from 1614 to 1649. The building is marked as No.12 on the 1550 – 1650 map in this book.
2 Brook Furlong Farm is a timber framed house of c.1600 with open-timbered ceilings and wide fire-places and a contemporary barn.
