The site of a house which was existed in the Post Medieval period which was demolished and rebuilt possibly in the 18th century. It is situated south of Holywell, Rowington.

Notes about this historic site
1 A previous house belonged to the Cryar family who were recorded as living in the parish in 1506. The old house was demolished and the present one built possibly in the 18th century. This site is marked as No. 1 on the 1550 – 1650 AD map in this book.
