A sandstone foundation wall uncovered during water mains renewal work. The wall is believed to date to mid 19th century, during the Imperial period. The wall is adjacent to the council offices in The Butts, Warwick.

1 A trench cut through a sandstone foundation wall during water mains renewal work on The Butts. The wall is thought to be the remains of a building that stood on the site in 1851 but could be from an earlier structure – no dateable finds were recovered.
