These slippers appear to have been handmade. They have uppers decorated with green cross-stitch and faux-pearl beadwork in a snowflake pattern. They have a green silk ribbon at the back. The soles are made from silk-covered card.

They are very delicate and may have been purely decorative. The clear areas of colour fading from light exposure suggest they may once have hung on a wall.

These slippers were donated to Warwickshire Museum in 1985.
