Notes about this historic site
2 Three sides of a banked and ditched enclosure show on aerial photographs. On the SW the enclosure appears to be cut by a small subrectangular enclosure. To the SE of the site faint cropmarks may be natural. These marks are closely associated with a moat and possible manor house (PRN 289, 290) and the features may thus be of Medieval date.
