Historic inn recorded on Pigot’s, F. White and Co.’s, and Victuallers’ databases, the latter showing it was in existence in 1810.
Situated on the west side of the High Street, in the medieval settlement area. Buildings to the rear.
Listed building records date the building as Mid to Late C18 with later alterations.
No longer an inn, it is now houses.
