Coventry

Coventry is historically part of the county of Warwick, and has a rich and varied history. The two cathedrals side-by-side have become an iconic image for peace and reconciliation, whilst its industrial heritage encompasses watchmaking, and later automobiles. Parts of the city walls still survive, and sit alongside modern buildings after the city centre’s redevelopment. The past century has also seen Coventry as birthplace of the two tone ska movement.
