Notes about this historic site
2 Small irregular oval enclosure shows on air photographs. This is cut by or cuts a linear feature.
3 Small oval enclosure may be Neolithic or Bronze Age, although a later date cannot be ruled out.
4 Modern aerial photographs appear to show a sub-rectangular enclosure 20m or so to the north of the linear feature centred on SP2258 5425. They also show a series of other features, which may be archaeological.
