Description of this historic site
The possible site of a building dating to the Medieval period. The building's foundations have been uncovered during ploughing and Medieval tiles have also been found. The building was situated 800m west of Long Meadow Wood.

Notes about this historic site
1 Building foundations of an early date have been found immediately to the W of Redfern Manor. In 1968 ploughing at the same spot again uncovered slight foundations and produced fragmentary Medieval tiles.
