The site of six pottery kilns of Medieval date which were excavated. They were situated in the area of Orkney Close, Chilvers Coton.

Notes about this historic site
1 Excavated by K Scott in 1971. 6 kilns of 14th century date were observed. Several of these kilns had superimposed kilns on top. In addition 14 features were observed. Quantities of pottery and roof tiles were present. Described as site 2.
