Description of this historic site
The possible site of a Roman settlement. Various finds, including pottery and metal objects have been found at the location and the area contains cropmarks. The site is located 1km north east of Badesley Clinton.

1 A large quantity of Roman pottery, including grey and orange coarseware, and metal objects suggest settlement activity in this area. There are cropmarks in the field that could be assocaited with the Roman material.
