The site of an enclosure of unknown date which is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs. It is situated 1km north west of Newton.

Notes about this historic site
1 During an archaeological desk based assessment by Wessex Archaeology of the proposed development site at Coton Park, Rugby a rectilinear enclosure cropmark was identified. This has an approximate length of 70m and width of 60m, oriented east-west and is situated 50m to the southeast of the earthwork of a possible castle mound or windmill mound.
