Originally a large site with pleasure grounds, orchard and paddock divided and partly developed from 1840s. A small remnant remains as garden to Duildhouse. Recommended for inclusion on the Local List by Lovie.

Lovie reports that this site was once extensive with formal gardens, an orchard and large paddock. From 1840s the site was gradually broken up and developed. A small remnant remains as garden to the Guildhouse.
