Notes about this historic site
Very little remains. Would appear to have been a square socket stone, but impossible to state with any degree of certainty details of shaft. The whole remains may have crumbled during the last few years.
The remains comprise a socket stone and a short portion of shaft, both in poor condition.
There is still a small part of the cross remaining; the socket stone and a short portion of the shaft.
Photographed in 1979.
