Description of this historic site
Arbury Hall, a country house which was built during the Post Medieval period. It is situated on the site of Arbury Priory, 700m south west of Dennis Farm.

Notes about this historic site
1 Arbury House is on the site of an Augustinian priory of canons which was granted to Charles Brandon, Duke of Suffolk, after the Dissolution.
2 Country House. Built in the late 16th century for Sir Edmund Anderson. Remodelled in 1678. Completely remodelled and Gothicised 1749-1803 for Sir Roger Newdigate.
