Rugby's Got Balls!

Several huge rugby balls have appeared in Rugby to celebrate the World Cup this autumn. The caption on the plaque explains it well:

This one stands just outside the Clock Towers Shopping Centre and was attracting a lot of attention from passers by, many of whom were having their photo taken beside it. The picture on the ball shows the clock tower in Rugby Market Place and other local scenes.
