Findspot - a lead papal seal dating to the Medieval period was found in a churchyard in the parish of Hampton Lucy. The exact location of the churchyard is unknown.

Notes about this historic site
1 A leaden seal of Pope Innocent VI was found in a grave in the new churchyard in 1934 and is now preserved at the W end of the church. It has been suggested that it was perhaps attached to the licence issued in 1356 authorising the rector, Simon de Gaynesburgh, to exchange livings with Thomas Mershton.
