Description of this historic site
Pleasure grounds created in the Imperial period, including a lake, associated with Ryon Hill House. The gardens are marked on the Ordnance Survey maps of 1886 and 1938, and are situated at Ryon Hill, 500m west of Hampton Lucy.

Notes about this historic site
1 Pleasure grounds on rising ground above the River Avon. Features included walks, lake, boundary planting, glasshouses. Lodge and gates and some planting survive, though house is divided into business units. Recommended for inclusion on Local List.
