A rectangular ditch and a pit of similar shape can be seen on aerial photographs 400m south of Kingley Farm.

Notes about this historic site
1 A rectangular ditch and a pit of similar shape seen on aerial photographs were mapped as part of the English Heritage National Mapping Project. The ditch, which appears to enclose a darker area of soil and the adjacent pit are possibly the remains of mineral extraction. However, both features may also be of geological origin.
