Description of this historic site
The site of a possible round barrow, a mound of earth usually built to conceal a burial. The barrow probably dates to the Bronze Age. It is visible as an earthwork.

Notes about this historic site
1 The site was first recorded by the Solihull Archaeological Group. An extensive mound shows up clearly above the crops. It is about 1.5-2m high and about 15-20m in extent and could well be a barrow.
2 It seems more probable that it is a windmill mound (PRN 1084).
