A curving ditch was recorded during archaeological evaluation at Ettington Road, Wellesbourne. It was 1m wide and 1.3m deep. No databale artefacts were recovered from its fills.

1 A curving ditch was recorded during archaeological evaluation at Ettington Road, Wellesbourne. It was 1m wide and 1.3m deep. No databale artefacts were recovered from its fills. Palaeoecological assessment of a sample of its fills identified no biological ecofacts, except a small fragment of charcoal which was considered to be ill-suited for radiocarbon dating.
