Notes about this historic site
1 Aerial photographs reveal cropmarks in the field centered at the above NGR. A long straight line diverges into several lines in a birdsfoot pattern.
2 This is possibly a former footpath, the continuation of one extant in an adjacent field. Poppies and daisies indicate the path and there is a possible slight dip in the ground level where the old path used to be. Two parallel lines also cross the field, but their nature can not be determined.
3 Possibly caused by a modern drainage system.
