Iron Age settlement at Ling Hall Quarry
Description of this historic site
The remains of an Iron Age settlement were found during archaeological work. The remains included evidence for a round house. The site is located 500m north west of Church Lawford airfield.

Notes about this historic site
1 Evidence for at least one round house survives, including postholes, ring-gully and a hearth pit. Other curving gullies may represent other structures. Pottery finds date the settlement from the middle to late Iron Age.
