The site of a settlement dating to the Iron Age and known from finds of pottery. It is located south east of Marlcliff.

Notes about this historic site
1 Fairly dense scatter of ?Early Middle Iron Age pottery noted during examination of a Romano British pottery scatter. This was not investigated in detail, but probably represents a settlement.
2 Three ?Iron Age gritty pot sherds. One rim.
3 Collection of pottery comprising two sherds of mortaria (one base colour coated), and one sherd of gritty fabric (probably later Iron Age).
