Notes about this historic site
1 Neolithic axe of Graig Llwyd felsite with ground cutting edge found in 1934 in a ploughed field, 1083m S, 35 degrees E, of Gibbet Hill crossroads.
2 Axe found in February 1933. It may have been rechipped from a larger, more completely ground implement.
3 9/c; Group VII.
