Find spot - a fragment of a cross dating to the Medieval period which was found 40m south of High Street, Polesworth.

Notes about this historic site
1 Found during the erection of the Infants School in the late 19th century.
2 This fragment is mounted on a bracket on the N side of the nave. One face contains the remains of a Crucifixion, with presumably the Blessed Virgin Mary on the right hand side. The head has been much mutilated.
