House incorporated into Hospital of St. Cross 1910.
Villa with formal terraces leading to pool with island, coniferous planting near house, 25″ OS 1887 shows elaborate parterre beds on lower lawns, summer house and fountain. Glass and orchard to NE.
Some garden sculptures survived at time of Lovie’s report (1996/7) along with some mature trees. Other garden features lost; remains of summerhouse remounted in modern bed.
