Notes about this historic site
1 Probably 19th century, a two storey redbrick structure in mostly original condition. It is presently in use as an old people’s home.

Comments
Said to have been the residence of the famous essayist, Thomas Addison. There was a famous “Walk” which he liked using. Beside which was a Cedar of Cyprus which he was said to have planted.
