A three-storey house which was built during the Imperial period. The third storey was added to the building at a later date. The house is situated in Austrey Road, Warton.

Notes about this historic site
1 Originally a two storey house with a date stone of 1775. The third storey was added in the 19th century. The earlier part has three large windows on the first floor with stone lintels. There is a porch which is supported by two Doric columns. This is a fine little building which deserves to be listed.
