Tapestry map of Warwickshire (c. 4 x 5 metres) made of wool with highlights in silk. Made in c.1590, commissioned by Ralph Sheldon as one of a set of four county maps (the others were Gloucestershire, Worcestershire and Oxfordshire) for his house at Weston, near Shipston-on-Stour.

This is the only complete tapestry of the four Sheldon Tapestry Maps to survive. It depicts Warwickshire in the late Elizabethan period, it is Shakespeare’s Warwickshire.
