Site of Gravel pits, West of Bidford
Description of this historic site
The site of gravel pits which were worked during the Imperial and Modern periods. They are marked on the 1886 Ordnance Survey map as 'Gravel Pit' and on the 1924 map as 'Old Gravel Pit' and 'Gravel pits'. They were located to the west of Bidford on Avon.
