Notes about this historic site
1 During gardening at Tiddington Road various bits of pottery (PRN 1068) and a possible causeway about 0.6m down were found. One almost complete pot was found and in addition the house owner had a box full of odd pieces, including some Samian ware. She had no coins, although three have turned up in the next garden (PRN 1069).
