Notes about this historic site
1 To the north, north-west and east of the moated site, WA 360, are the earthwork remains of ridge and furrow cultivation. The ridge and furrow respects the moated site and provides a stratigraphic relationship between the moated site and the earthwork features in the surrounding area. A 10m wide sample area of ridge and furrow to the north and east of the site are included in the scheduling in order to preserve these relationships.
