Notes about this historic site
1 Feature 105 comprised an east-west aligned shallow/truncated profile ditch, filled by two deposits consisting of a primary silting deposit and a secondary deposit. The latter contained a sherd of residual 12th-14th century pottery. The ditch has been interpreted as the remains of a Medieval burgage plot associated with former dwellings along Coventry Road. The boundary appears to have gone out of use in the 15th century.
