1 Retouched flake ?scraper found in donor’s garden at Woodcote Drive, Leek Wootton. Length 54mm, width 25mm max.
2 Flint bifacial blade tool.

Comments
One stretch of Woodcote Lane, which dips to an old stone bridge which crosses Cattle Brook, was known locally as “Cattle Gutter”. It was believed by local people as having been the site of a massacre during the Civil War.
