Notes about this historic site
1 A mixture of medieval and post medieval pottery found in c.1990 when working a field. The collection includes green glazed medieval ware among which there are decorated handles, and dark brown post medieval Staffordshire ware. It was probably not a kiln site as no ‘wasters’ were found.
