Pleasure grounds with lawns separated from paddock by a ha-ha; shrubberies with walks; kitchen garden and orchard on the opposite side of the road. House demolished 1932; land developed.

Lovie reports that by 1888 the hall had extensive pleasure grounds with lawns and fountain to the east, separated from a paddock by a ha-ha. Shrubberies with walks and to the north, a reservoir feeding the neighbouring Albion cotton mill was appropriated as part of the ornamental landscape. Kitchen garden with glass houses and orchards situation on the other side of Church Street.
House demolished 1932.
