A moat, a wide ditch surrounding a building. It is visible as an earthwork and is Medieval in origin. It is situated at Baddesley Farm, Baddesley Ensor.

Notes about this historic site
1 Map shows a number of ponds in the vicinity of the farm.
2 One arm of a possible moat survives and is waterfilled, the rest of the moat has been filled in. The existing arm has a stone revettment on its inner face and the arm was cleared out in 1977.
