Seckington is in North Warwickshire, four miles north-east of Tamworth, Staffordshire. King Æthelbald of Mercia was murdered at Seckington in 757. Seckington castle is a motte-and-bailey castle, built in the 11th century. All Saints church can also be found in the village.
