Not sure if the date is correct. My Grandad Lionel Hodges is the gentleman 2nd row back, 4th from he right with a very receding dark hairline was a councillor, alderman and mayor (Early 1960s). I don’t believe he was an alderman until mid / late 1950’s. His wife Edna was also a coulceror in the 60s, but not in this picture.
