A ghost, in the form of a small, old woman, wearing a black dress and cap and with white hair and rosy cheeks was said to have materialised in front of some witnesses in an upstairs room. She was operating a spinning wheel. Within a few seconds of materialising she said, “Good day, my dears” and promptly vanished! This was said to have happened in the 1940’s.
