In the 1950s/60s, my friend Diana Stott lived at Diana Lodge: a co-incidence I suppose but as a child I thought it had been named for her. I can’t remember the inside of the property but just the long, summer days of childhood losing ourselves in the garden and playing in the summer house.
I love Diana Lodge. I remember around 1969 ish we moved into there after dad got out the army, whilst we were waiting for a council house to come available. We then moved into Park Piece , and stayed there until my mum passed away. Very fond memories of Little Kineton and Kineton village itself . If my memory serves me well I am sure that my younger sister was born there .
