I am lucky to be the current owner of Arden Hill. The house still has most of its original features, such as the original oak staircase, a beautiful Minton tiled hallway, stunning marble fireplace surrounds, and ornate cornicing. I also recently came across a copy of the auction booklet from the 1930’s listing much of the contents that were sold off including Chippendale furniture and Indian rugs.
