Findspot - several fragments of a Roman mosaic (tesserae) were found in an area to the north west of Cryfield Village.

Notes about this historic site
1 As part of a series of fieldwalking sessions during the assessment of Warwick University’s archaeology, 2 fragments of mosaic were noted in field C4. A much larger collection of Roman material was recovered from the adjacent Field C6 (see MWA 8360).
