Notes about this historic site
1 An archaeological evaluation at St Benedict’s R.C. High School, Kinwarton Road revealed a small boundary ditch of probable Romano-British date.
2 3 An archaeological evaluation at St Benedict’s RC High School in 2009, revealed the same boundary ditch but with post-medieval pottery, suggesting that the original attirbution of a Roman date was erroneous.
